Are you happy with yourself and with your life? The chances are that there are things that you would like to change about both you and your life – I’ve rarely met anyone who is truly happy. People often think that if they improve themselves, lose weight, buy a new car, go on a great holiday that, then, they will be happy. That kind of happiness, however, is fleeting and superficial.
